CALIFORNIA AIR RESOURCES BOARD (CARB)

Zero-Emission Regulations and Advanced Clean Fleets Rule (ACF)

The California Air Resources Board (CARB) is a regulatory agency that aims to improve air quality and reduce greenhouse gas emissions in California. One of CARB's key initiatives is the development of a medium and heavy-duty zero-emission fleet regulation, which seeks to achieve a zero-emission truck and bus California fleet by 2045.

To help drive the adoption, CARB is implementing a range of measures. These may include financial incentives, grants, and regulatory requirements to promote the purchase and use of zero-emission medium and heavy-duty vehicles. At Papé Kenworth, we are here to help you navigate the transition to zero-emission vehicles and technologies as mandated by CARB's zero-emission fleet regulation.
