- $29.98-$50.00 per hour based on your experience level.
- $1,000 per year Technician Tool & Safety Equipment Reimbursement Program (Available after 1 year seniority).
- Service Trucks are provided for Field Technicians.

Papé vacation plans also have tiers based on your seniority, so as your seniority grows, your vacation time off does as well. At your 3rd anniversary you receive 3 weeks, 7th anniversary you receive 4 weeks, and your 15th anniversary you receive 5 weeks.
